From which ever direction you approach Poulton town centre you enter the one way system. Follow that one way system around until you have the ancient stocks, pillar and cross on you left hand side. Carry on a few yards to the T junction and turn left. “China Red” restaurant can be found on the left hand side and the surgery is directly ahead on the corner of Chapel Street and Higher Green.

Parking:

Limited on street parking is available on Chapel Street. Large car parks are located nearby on the Teanlowe Centre and on Hardhorn Road. For residents of Wyre Borough, who have parking passes, have discounted rates on Hardhorn Road car park.

Surgery Hours:

Our normal surgery hours are Monday to Friday, 8.00AM – 12.00 AM and 1.00PM – 4.00 PM. Out of hours appointments can only be made by special arrangement and we have our own out of hours emergency service.
